I need suggestion from you guys should I migrate to Canada or Australia or Stay where I am?

I am 37 years old a Degree Civil Engineer working as a Senior Project Planner (Primavera 6,Microsoft Project Software etc.) in Dubai (U.A.E ). Drawing salary package of 96000 $ per annum belonging to moderate Muslim family from Bangalore (India). I am married and have 2 kids aged 1 and 2 years respectively Incase if possible kindly advice me whether it’s preferable to migrate to Canada or Australia. Since I have qualified for obtain PR (Permanent residence) for both countries. Currently well settled in Life have already managed to purchase a residence apartment in Mumbai as well as Bangalore. I Would like to more challenges in life, up till now, I am content with what life has given me. Your valuable suggestions would be highly appreciated.
