What's wrong with my goat?

He is a Boer goat and about one year old. He won't get up and walk around with the other goats. I gave him some water and feed and he ate a couple of bites and drank a lot of water. We gave him 5cc of Vitamin A, D, E, and B12 Gel paste instructed by the pet store. We also gave him 3 cc of Penicillin. He makes this low bleating sound when we try to give him the paste. His mouth is white and he is also hollow. I'm scared he is dehydrated but he drank a lot! Will he be okay? What should I do? Today is Sunday so I can't take him anywhere and I hope he makes it through the night. He has been sick about four days. Thanks! He is very weak also.
