I don't really read. Help?

I haven't rea a full book(long book) my whole life. I'm pretty smart. I'm in 11th grade. I can get 100 by looking for answers in books and skimming. I don't have to read it. I really would like to read books in my spare time. I'm just not good at it. I can't contain the material unless I HAVE to read it. What can I do to start enjoying it?
