I want to bleach and them dye my hair please help :3?

So lately i have been dying my hair with red henna, but im not entirely satisfied with the colour and how long it lasts. So i want to bleach my hair but im afraid of the damage ill cause to my hair and i want to dye it a permanent red dye. Can anyone recommend the least damaging way to bleach my hair and a permanent red dye product? Thank you in advance (:
