Question #10400199

Pressure on neck, worried about blood clots?

tonight I've been asleep for about 3 hours. I woke up about 40 minutes ago and noticed my top bed sheet pressed up against the right side of my neck, the side near my jugular. it wasn't choking me so much that I woke up from lack of air, I just felt it pressed against my neck when I woke up (for some unknown reason). there were no pressure marks either. I've just been spooked about tight pressure on the body from things like clothing/sheets causing blood clots then leading to death in your sleep and I'm worried to fall back asleep because of it I take lamictal which (I think) somewhat thins your blood but I'm still worried can anyone help explain how blood clots and choking/pressure works and how likely it is that something could go wrong? or That i DONT have something wrong with me? thanks
