Help me in buying Graphics Card ?

I have a budget of Rs. 5,000 and need of Graphics Card, i looked on the internet and find the price and the games that these graphics card can run AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6570 1GB DDR3 Rs.4675 (ABLE TO PLAY - CS:GO,GTA 4 at High Settings; Splinter Cell: Blacklist at Medium Settings; GTA 5, Battlefield 4 at Low settings) Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6670 1 GB DDR3 Rs.4940 (ABLE TO PLAY - CS:GO,GTA 4 at High Settings;GTA 5, Splinter Cell:Blacklist at Medium Settings;Battlefield 4 at Low Settings) Suggest me some more graphics card at Rs. 5,000.
