my cry engine 3 i recently downloaded is not opening!?

I recently download this SDK file, Cry engine 3 from the official website. So whan i tried to open the editor in bin32, it show an error message, saying, "Error loading DLL: CryInput.dll, error code 0". which basically is an engine error...Please help!!!
