Does my 55+ neighbour like me?-Repost?

Ok so im a natural red head/ginger with greenish eyes, fair skin, freckles .. Im in my early 20s. my neighbour is in his 50s, his very tall has light blue eyes and white hair. He keeps staring at me through the window's (my friends and other neighbours have seen him too). He goes bright red and his pupils dilate really large when he sees me(He has very light eyes so i notice this) I think he follows me too as my friends have noticed his car near by where we go out. Do older men like natural red heads? or do they go for blondes?
