I really need help regarding weight loss?
I really really need to lose weight. This is my routine. Wake up 6 am Brisk Walk 6:30-7:00 am Breakfast (boiled egg and non-fat milk) 7:30 am Snack 11 am (bran bread slices 2 and a beef kabab (80 cals approx) + green tea sugarless) Gym 1pm -2pm Lunch 2:30 pm (Steamed/Fresh Veggies with beans or boiled chicken,some spices added) Snack 5pm (A Fruit) Dinner 7:30pm (Steamed/Fresh Veggies with beans or boiled chicken,some spices added) Slow Walk 9pm-10pm Sleep 10pm Repeat. I drink 2-3 ltr water everyday. I eat healthy and around my BMR Calories. This is my routine since August 2012. I weighed 95 kgs then. My current weight is 86 Kgs. Height 5.3 ft, female, 25 years Age. I really really need to lose weight. But this is really slow. I dunno why i should have at least lost around 20 kgs in a year :( Please Please help. My wedding is near i really need to go down to atleast 70 kgs
