Is this a good work out to lose weight and gain muscle?
I'm 16 and a bit over weight my BMI is just over 24, I want to lose weight for a sport. This is the work out: 1 hour jog 5 push ups 5 sit ups 5 mins skip rope And I would add 10mins jog and 5 push ups sit, sit ups and 5 mins skip rope every week. Feel free to take out things and add on.
