Try to downlowad Yahoo Messenger and caugt a Virus instead?

Tried to download the Yahoo Messenger and caught a Virus instead(Trojan Buzus 9830) Cleaned out my Computer but now I am still unable to install the Messenger, because that Trojan is showing up again. What can I do ,do reinstall the Messenger safely again. Thanks for Help
