How to get a boyfriend in your 20s?

I'm currently in college, and have been finally thinking about a relationship. I'm not the kind to just walk up to a guy and start talking, I don't touch guys and flirt, I don't do anything that would label me as easy or forward. I'm not shy but I also don't talk a lot. Approaching him is out of the question, because I was raised slightly old fashioned and modest. What I'm asking is, what can I do in order to get a man to approach me? How do I show that I'm available without saying it? Thanks :)
