Question about Faith for Buffy fans?

Am I the only one who thinks that Faith felt kinda "betrayed" because Buffy stabbed her? I mean all of those dreams where Buffy kills her over and over again and when she talks to Joyce (Buffy's mom) she's all like "she forgets about us" and she generally seems hurt (not just physically) because Buffy stabbed her, or maybe disappointed, 'cause she didn't expect Buffy to be a killer. Anyone?
