Am I just being stupid honest answers please!!!?

I am 16 and recently started college doing maths, bio,chem,pe and sports development. I used to think that boys weren't interested in me because I was bullied and they didn't want to ruin there image. But now I have moved I realised that boys don't seem to talk to me. I personally think I am average but adults always tell me different (I hate saying this but I have a modelling contract). I really don't understand why boys dont seem interested or even look in my direction. How do I get them to notice me and know who I am? Do they only like girls that show there ****? It's not like we would struggle having a convo because I am the type if girl that prefers bombing in the pool than sunbathing, prefers playing football than the spa. And another question what's the best way to ask a boys for his number? Honest opinions please :)
