Am i being rejected by this girl?

I think i got rejected by a chick.I have been chatting with her on facebook for a while.I have a female friend who spoke with her(they are sort of friends),and the girl i am chatting with said i was cute and a nice guy(we have never met).And today i invite her to go to a cafe on sunday with me,my female friend and her and she said,that there is a chance that she will be out of town that day and if she is here she will write me.Is this considered rejection or i still have a chance. P.S sry if it is a little bit confusing(my english is not very good) HELP
