Is there a template for a bluray cover that goes over the bluray case?

I have made a lot of my own movies and I would like to make a bluray case that goes over the bluray case that you see in stores and all I can find is the templates for the covers that you put in the cases. Does anyone know of any templates or how to make your own out of cardstock?
