Does McGill offer education program in French?

I am in Grade 12 right now and planning to apply for a Consecutive/concurrent Education program. As for the subjects, I would like French to be one of them and teach intermediate/senior (grade 7- 12). Does McGill University have a program for this? and what is it called? Also, if they do, what is the minimum average to get in? Thank you! :)
