How long should I wait for my first kiss?

I'm 18 years old and me and this guy have liked eachother for about 2/3 weeks, and finally decided to make our relationship official a few days ago. He really likes me, and I like him too- I keep dreaming about kissing him! He wants to kiss me when we next meet up, and i dont know if I should let him kiss me or not? Like, is it too soon or is it ok?
