What do I do when my dad hits me?

I asked my dad if i can do homework on the computer and he said that its fine. So i got on the computer and started my homework while my dad went outside to work on the yard. I got sidetracked and went onto a gaming website which I know I shouldn't be doing in the first place but I haven't played video games in a couple months. So when he caught me he told me to get up and put my hands behind my head while he gets his belt. He hit me 5 times as hard as he can and he said the next time he catches me doing that. I do not know what to do, please help.
