How would I go about getting my social security papers birth certificates etc while having absolutely nothing?

I've been living with a friend, I have virtually nothing. I want to finish high school at a new school, details aren't important but my point is that I have nothing but the clothes on my back. How would I go about getting ss papers birth certificates you know important papers needed to enroll and basically do anything. Where do I get all of this?
