Is there any customer support from Yahoo at all?

Hi there, I have sent already two enquiries to the Yahoo Customer Care, but I don't seem to get a response, not even a confirmation that they have received my request. Is there actually a real customer support there, or do you have to fix any problems with your account yourself, or just close it? Has anyone some experience with Yahoo customer support? Thank you!
