Should I let my daughter start wearing pumps?

My daughter is 15 years old and she wants to start wearing high heels. She found a pair of 4 inch pumps the other day that she liked and she wants to wear them. I am wondering if I should let her wear them. She says she wants to wear them with jeans. Should I let her start wearing heels ?
