Why isn't my iphone camera working?

I have the iphone 4, and I recently dropped it into the sink with water. I've left it in rice for a couple days and it turns on and I can get calls, but when I go to the camera it's just a black screen, for the front facing camera too, I can't take photos at all. Also I can't connect to my home wifi. Is it still wet? Or maybe it hit the sink when it fell and something disconnected?? Thanks
