How to keep my shower hair?

im a girl and i love love love the waviness that my hair has when i first get out of the shower. its wavy root to tip and its not frizzy at all. however, about 20 minutes later when its almost completely dry, its just not the same. like, the roots will stick flat to my head and near the middle of my hair it will turn into big frizzy ringlets and its really annoying! is there anyway to keep the same look of my hair after i get out of the shower?
