Why cant i sneeze after removing my gallbladder a week ago?

i have allergies so i have had to sneeze a few times, but my body kind of freezes and stops the sneezes, and the sneeze just because this gasping sound that kind of sounds like im choking. lol will this go away once im completely healed?
