Can you ID this rash on my face and upper body?

I've asked this question before but...I get a rash on my face, back of neck and sometimes chest. It is rough, raised dots/splotches and a little red. It doesn't hurt, burn or itch, tho if it is moist (like very humid outside or after I shower) it gets a bit uncomfortable. Mostly it just looks awful. it is very cyclic, comes about every 6-8 weeks like clockwork now for over a year. been to a couple of different they all ID it as something different and treat it. Thing is it doesn't make any difference if it is treated or not, it comes and goes on its own...
