Can't Taurus Venus Guys forget their 1st Love ?

I'm taking about my friend who have Aries sun, Capricorn moon & Taurus venus Somehow he broke up, but still remember, can't forget & still lives in pain sometimes when he express, Oh I really can't tolerate his sad mood I really want to do anytime for him I tried & trying to make him forget, but no result! sometimes again he is started to say about his past I'm feeling so so so bad for him. Can you give me any solution ?
