teen pregnancy please help?

okay so im 14 and pregnant!! im 3 weeks...im keeping the baby... okay so could haveing the baby hurt my body or hurt me my friend lisa said since im so small having the baby could kill me i wieght 97 pounds almost at 100..and what is the pain when giving birth?? i know im very young...so please dont lecture me about anything...i just need advice!! so could giving birth hurt/kill me and whats the pain of it... and i need all advice you have for teen parenting...please help.. please help...
