Is is possible to upgrade an integrated graphics card?

I just found out that my computers graphics card (AMD Radeon 7560D) is integrated in to my motherboard. I plan to upgrade it in the future, and there seems to be a spot for a graphics card on the motherboard, so if I installed a new one in to that spot, would my computer use that one?
