What to do New Years Eve in London?

I'm going to London to celebrate New Years Eve with two of my friends. Do you have any tips on where to eat a decent meal? And any tips on where to go afterwards (we are 19 years old)? It can be both clubs and bars - we just wish to get an amazing evening. Thank you.
