The top of my pallette and one of my front teeth pops a little?

For the third day now, I've noticed that when I smirk my lips a little, I feel something in the top of my mouth move a little. I can push on it with my tongue a little to pop it back into position, but it comes out of place easily when I smirk my lips. Also, I can feel one of my front teeth pop a little when all this happens. I've been brushing longer and rinsing my mouth with mouth wash longer, praying that this will strengthen whatever is popping. I'm just a little scared. Any suggestions?
