Swollen lymph nodes after being sick?

I was sick for about two weeks, just a bad cold, fever at one point, body aches and feeling tired. I'm over that now but when I had a cold, I didn't have swollen lymph nodes. Now that I'm just about over being sick, the lymph node in my neck is swollen. Doesn't this usually happen while you re sick not after? I still have a stuffy nose but that's about it.,its going on three weeks and finally feeling better but now that I'm feeling better i have the swollen lymph node...any ideas? Does is mean I'm just getting sick again? :/ thanks
