Gta IV lure mission crash ?

I have to do the mission for francis where i have to shoot a drug dealer from his apartment by distracting his attention to get him to the window and the shoot him with a sniper. When i arrive on the top of the building and i go to the shooting spot the cutscene starts and after this the game freezes and there's nothing i can do. Any help please ?
