my persian cats eyes are watering?

theyve been like this for a few days now, the first one started off watering so i thought it would just stop, the next day the other one started watering so again i thought itlle stop, but there still watering and im getting worried! what do i do? is this dangerous???? all around her eyes have turned red and sore.... and btw when i try to bave her eye she makes this grunting sound.
