Does anyone know what the new Macy's dress code is?

I'm planning on applying to Macy's for a seasonal job soon and I was wondering what the new dress code was. I know that you have to wear all black and no jeans but I don't know what kind of shirts/shoes you can wear. Do you have to wear a regular black tee shirt or can you wear dressier shirts. Also, what is the policy with earrings? Some places I've worked have told me you're only allowed to have one earring per ear in. I have 4 earrings per ear and I'd like to keep it that way if possible. They're just regular earlobe earrings (Not gauges, barbells, huge cartilage earrings, etc.) so I would like to wear them if I can. Any input would help me, thank you :)
