What is the pain I'm getting at the bottom of my ribs?

Just where the lower part of the ribs peak (In the middle) slightly to the right I am getting pain. It's not regular but this is the second time it's happened. Moving doesn't seem to make the pain go away, it just fades with time which varies. Last time it was 5 minutes, this time it took 20 minutes. It's a really horrible pain which stops me from moving around and it hurts when I breathe so I have to take little fast breathes. I don't think my mum understands why I'm so panicked about it so she doesn't really support me looking around for answers. I am going to book an appointment with the doctor tomorrow but I wanted to know if anyone else has similar problems or knows what the problem is and how to fix it. Also, I noticed after both times it's happened I was full from eating. after a google search I was surprised to find there are a number of things that being full can cause.
