How to learn wing chun?

Im a huge fan of wing chun martial art and i really wanna learn it but the biggest problem is that i have no place to learn it unless i want to move 50000 km to the nearest school and have no partner to practise it with.I have a lot of video lessons with master wong and they are all basic punches,and all that stuff,that cant be enough,is there a site to learn it on for free like log on every day and so on???
