Spotting on Mirena after a year?

I will have had my IUD in for a year Nov 17. I've been having spotting now for the past 2.5 months. Randomly like a couple days here a couple days there.... I thought I might have been pregant but I took 2 tests and they are negative. I have slight cramping at the same time... Is this normal or not?
