What is the name of this arrow popping game for Playstation 1?

This was a playstation 1 game. I think they had a similiar game for SNES too. I know nickel city used to have this game all the time. It is a 2-D game where one or two players can play. You can only move left and right. Each of the players must throw spear/arrows to destroy all the bouncing colorful bubbles. If you hit the big bubbles, it splits into two, and so on. If you get hit by the bubble you lose. There were power-ups in the game where it upgrades your arrow to make it travel faster. I think the game is timed as well.
