is $200.00 a good price for xbox 360 s?

i have $400.00 and i just need $200.00 more $ to get my beautiful gaming computer.it would come with the rechargeable battery pack oem from microsoft 1 controller 250gb hdd black ops 2 bf3 all the cables it has been used very lightly for less than a year no scuffs or scratches it still has the original packaging also. thank you for your time
