How can I get rid of these bed bugs?

This house is pretty nice an they are all over the house there really isn't no room where they are not at my room is upstairs an I can't even put my foot on the carpet without getting bittin I was just thinking of taking afew things (electronics) with me an just move an throw out everything else or should I just suck it up an call an exterminator which I'm not sure of the price
