My minecraft launcher wont open correctly?

I think it may be because of some recent failed bukkit downloads, I'm not entirely sure. My 1.6.4 launcher will open just fine. Every time i click Play it will just open up the exact same window again. I click play again, same thing. Im not sure how to fix it at all, help?!?
