Del Inspiron Mini Integrated Webcam not working?

I am trying to go on the website Omegle to vide chat, but whenever I go on, my video chat screen is black. I had the Manycam program on my laptop before, but I completely deleted the program from my laptop. Now when I go on Omgele's video chat, it says that my webcam is on, yet shows a black screen. Help?
