Is it bad I have a lump in my arm from my ukulele?

I was playing my ukulele for about an hour for one of my first times and now it's about 2 hours since then and my arm has a huge lump the size of a tennis ball and sticks up about a quarter inch on it stilll and it's real sore. What did I do? Is it bad? Will it go away?
