what do you do if you think someone is being kidnapped?

I was sitting in my room when I heard someone screaming no don't and let go of me, I never herd her scream help, but I ran outside anyway. When I got outside, but hidden all I saw was a back car door slam shut and the car turned around and drove off so fast I couldn't see the license plate...I don't know what to do in this situation.
