Python program flow chart and code for simple problem?

Can someone help me out with developing a flow chart and then writing the code for this problem? If you can't do both, I would be more than happy with just the flow chart. Thanks so much in advance. Problem: Input an ID Number, Rate of Pay, Hours Worked, and the Tax Rate. Calculate Gross Pay, Taxes owed, and the Net Pay. (Remember to pay Time and a Half for Over-Time Pay). Print out the Gross Pay, Taxes Owed, and the Net Pay.
