Is it acceptable for my husband to our son Protein Shake and Steroids?

My son is 8 years old and is fairly small for his age. Since moving to his new school our son has become a victim of bullying. After hearing about the bullying, my husband came home from work one night with some Steroid tablets and Protein shake and has started to feed our son this. It is rather upsetting because I spend a lot of time at home preparing home cooked meals and now my son is not eating them because my husband says he must eat his protein shake and steroids. I am unsure where my husband got these tablets and I have noticed my son has recently become more aggressive towards me since taking them, I am unsure if its the tablets doing this or if he is trying to copy his fathers treatment of me. Do I allow my son to selfishly not eat the meals I cook and should I punish him for this?
