Can you just wear 1/2 a sauna suit to get the desired result?

without getting into the merits of whether or not you should use a sauna suit I'm wondering if just wearing 1/2 the sauna suit is enough. Haven't worn a sauna suit yet where the bottoms didn't annoy me, so basically I'm asking if just wearing the top is enough
