why does my cousin think about me often?

my cousin was on vacation with his friends two weeks ago and he honestly had to think about me................is it because i am always on his mind when someone thinks about you, how does it mean you're on their mind... if my cousin was with his friends, why should i be on his mind...does my cousin really care about me that much he has to think about me day and night
