I can't get myself to just write my book?

I have a great fantasy book idea that's completely original and it has an amazing plot. I really think if written well it could be published and lots of people would like it. I really want to put it on paper but when I try to write I end up not liking what I've written, even if it's good, and I give up. What should I do to get better and start to like it? Thanks
